In this interview, we catch up with Stefanno b2b Julianno to discuss their inspirations, goals, and plans for 2025, giving fans an inside look into their journey and creative process.

Hi Stefanno and Julianno, how are you both feeling as we step into this new year?

Hi guys! Happy New Year and lots of health to everyone. We are great—very positive and excited about our plans for this year.

What inspires you as a duo as you look ahead to the opportunities and challenges of 2025?

Of course, the love we have for music is our biggest motivation and the place where we draw all our inspiration. Challenges can also be seen as opportunities—it only depends on your perspective. We always try to transform challenges into opportunities and face them with that mindset.

You’ve been steadily building your discography with tracks like ‘Eclipse’ and your remix of La Roux’s ‘In For The Kill’. Can you share details on your next release? When can fans expect more music from you?

We recently released our new EP, ‘Time Loop,’ on Addictive Sounds, which includes two beautiful tracks: ‘Time Loop’ and ‘Running.’ It’s already received great support from artists like Paul van Dyk, BLR, Hel:sløwed, and many others. Also, we’ll be releasing at least one track per month, so stay tuned because we have some new bombs on the way.

Are there any specific goals you’ve set for yourselves as Producers and DJs in 2025?

Every year we try to improve as Producers and DJs. We are hoping to have a lot of events this year because we really enjoy the connection with the audience. Regarding our Producer path, our goal is to make better and better music every day.

What do you feel has been the biggest evolution in your sound over the past year, and what direction do you see it taking in 2025?

As we’ve said, we are trying to improve every year regarding the quality of our music, but also, most importantly, connecting people with our sounds. 2024 was definitely our best year so far for this. But the evolution has just started, and we are confident that 2025 will be even better.

Having garnered support from names like Paul van Dyk, how do you plan to build on this momentum in the coming months?

Paul van Dyk has given us amazing support with our songs from 2024 and also 2025 so far. It was unexpected but a real honour. We will see where this path takes us. PVD is a legend, so it would be great to share a stage with him in 2025.

Are there any festivals or events on your wish list that you hope to perform at this year?

Of course, there are lots of events such as Tomorrowland, Ultra Music, Exit Festival, Parookaville, and Untold, just to name a few very well-known festivals, as well as different big clubs around the world. Our goal is to be part of as many of these as we can.

What’s one production technique or skill you’d like to refine or experiment with this year?

There isn’t just one particular skill we’d like to refine or experiment with—it’s the entire process that we are working on to improve every aspect of our music.

You’ve been in the industry for over a decade now. How do you keep your creative process fresh as you continue to produce music?

Music is an art and part of your soul. You can learn techniques, but not the kind of composition that emerges deep from your soul and mind—you either have it, or you don’t. It’s never hard to create, but the only difficulty is not knowing when inspiration might strike. That unpredictability can be frustrating at times. And, of course, the building process can be annoying, but it’s part of the journey, so we deal with it.

Finally, as a duo, what’s one philosophy or mindset you’re carrying into 2025 to guide your journey?

We are always positive and trying to take baby steps in this big music industry world. We are confident that our 18 years of work, experience, and a little bit of luck will put us up there at some point.

As Stefanno b2b Julianno look forward to the journey ahead, their passion for music and commitment to growth remains unwavering.
