French producer Thaylo, a Grenoble native, returns with his five-track Echoes of Dawn EP, released today via PLAYY. Records. With 6.2 million Spotify streams and support from Solomun, Martin Garrix, and Nora En Pure, Thaylo continues to build momentum across the electronic landscape. His catalogue includes releases on Colorize, Purified, and Kontor. The 2025 Drown In Your Eyes EP drew praise from YourEDM, When We Dip, Magnetic Magazine, House Music With Love, and NPR Music, while charting in the Beatport Top 100 Progressive House and Deezer Indonesia Top 100. Echoes of Dawn unfolds as a tightly constructed emotional journey, engineered for the club yet rooted in introspection. The title track opens with a dreamlike, psychedelic atmosphere, its siren vocals and magnetic melody establishing the EP’s immersive tone. ‘Hidden Sky’ delves into darker territory, driven by a sweeping bassline and a persistent, restless rhythm. ‘Dewfall’ stands out for its measured progression, balancing restraint and expansion through stuttering synths that build anticipation. The closing track, ‘Not A Dream’, lifts the mood with hypnotic, hazy vocals and meticulous sound design, signaling a subtle evolution in Thaylo’s sonic palette.
