London-based Turkish DJ / producer / musician Thousand Fingers celebrates the release of his new ‘Avengers EP’ with a thumping, club oriented DJ mix.

He says: “Here’s an exclusive mix featuring all my latest releases, ‘Avenger EP’ & ‘She Said’. One hour of Melodic House & Techno and Indie Dance gems – from Lexer, Worakls, Monolink, and Telepopmusik among others. Recorded live at Follow The Fingers // Studios. Hope you like it!”

Drawing on a myriad of influences from melodic house, techno and indie-dance, the end result is a tantalising cocktail of cinematic drums, big synth stabs and emotive string sounds. He says: ” The Avenger EP was written in one of those times that you necessarily stand on your feet while life is not being nice to you. Sometimes you need to understand the strength that is inside you and take control of your life and thrive. However, there are these moments you shouldn’t take it too seriously and loose your energy to fight back. Instead, focus on the opportunities that are present in your life and become a part of the flow.”

Often considered as a storyteller through his productions, Thousand Fingers’ creativity can be piqued in a variety of different ways – with inspiration for his tracks coming via all manner of different sensory responses. Be it a taste, smell, occasion, or an emotion, Thousand Fingers uses reactive processes to lay the foundations of his work.

His distinctive creative process often garners the attention of more obscure, unknown and indie labels. A firm believer that his music will find the right home for itself and end up in the hands of the right people – a simple ethos that has seen Thousand Fingers supported by the likes of &ME, Solomun, Maya Jane Coles and Miss Kittin, as well as receiving extensive press coverage from platforms like Fact Mag, Thump by Vice, DMC World and more.
